Reading ranks pretty high on my list for favorite pastimes. When you come to my home you will find not one but several magazine racks and bookcases.

About My Book Collection

I am proud of my private library as many of the books are autographed by the authors. To date, I've invested over $5,000 in my collection, a small price compared to the wealth of information I've gathered. Most of the books in my collection are on a business subject and I try to keep a fairly current list of them in the library of my company's corporate web site. 

I also read fiction for pleasure. I'm lucky enough to be living in a community that is home to many talented and some notable writers, such as Tony Hillerman. Whenever possible, I turn to fiction written by locals. I personally believe Albuquerque is home to some of the greatest storytellers in the world. I've even penned a few pieces my friends have found entertaining — at least that's what they tell me.

• Entrepreneur — A magazine I've been featured in, Entrepreneur is especially helpful for the newer business operator.
• Fast Company — One of my favorite technology magazines, Fast Company is full of thought-provoking articles every month.
